Bio-Bar & Chain & 2-Cycle Engine Oils

Bio-Pro™ Bar & Chain Oils (SAE 15W50 & SAE 10W30)

Bio-Pro™ Oils are professional, ultimately biodegradable biobased bar and chain oils. Bio-Pro™ Oils combines agricultural vegetable oils with patented additive technology to provide high performance, biodegradable lubricants. A high level of tackiness With anti-wear and extreme pressure additives prevent oil fling off from chains and sprockets reducing wear. It has been recognized that the use of mineral lubricants poses certain environmental risks. Leakages, emissions and spillages, when handling lubricating oil, lead to direct pollution of the surroundings and the environment. Bio-Pro™ Oils were developed to ultimately biodegrade when lost into the environment.

Bio-Pro™ Oils are very tacky, tough, pitch dissolving lubricants that are recommended for chain saw bars and industrial chains and sprockets including those used in pulp and paper mills, saw mills, plywood mills, and general manufacturing. Other possible uses include chain drives on straddle lift lumber carriers, ATV and motorcycle chains, farm equipment, automatic and hand operated oilers.

Bio-Synthetic™ TC-W3 2-Cycle Engine Oil

TC-W3 2-Cycle Engine Oil is a readily biodegradable formula that passes the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) requirements for TC-W3 Water-Cooled 2-Cycle Engine Oil and for high performance air-cooled engines. TC-W3 2-Cycle Engine Oil also meets and exceeds Water-Cooled TC-W (BIA) and TC-Wll, Motorcycle API TC and Husqvarna Chain Saw requirements. This Low-Smoke Formula contains Stabilized Technology to improve fuel stability.

TC-W3 2-Cycle Engine Oil has been especially designed to operate in water-cooled gasoline engines for the boating industry, and in 2-cycle air-cooled engines for general-purpose equipment and for personal and recreational transportation, such as motorcycles, snowmobiles, chain saws, and lawn and garden equipment.

TC-W3 2-Cycle Engine Oil does not utilize a solvent to increase gasoline miscibility. This feature offers a significant safety advantage since the product has a flash point of 365°F and is, therefore, not classified as flammable or combustible according to OSHA or D.O.T. regulations. TC-W3 2-Cycle Engine Oil is readily biodegradable and has the potential of one product servicing both water-cooled and air-cooled 2-cycle engines.

Bio-Synthetic™ TC-WII 2-Cycle Engine Oil

TC-WII 2-Cycle Engine Oil is a readily biodegradable formula with proven technology that has passed the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) requirements for Water-Cooled TC-W (BIA), TC-WII for 2-Cycle Engine Oil (for older motors), and Air-Cooled API TC. This Low-Smoke Formula contains Stabilized Technology to improve fuel stability.

TC-WIl 2-Cycle Engine Oil has been especially designed to operate in water-cooled gasoline engines for the boating industry, and in 2-cycle air—cooled engines for general—purpose equipment and for personal and recreational transportation, such as motorcycles, snowmobiles, chain saws, and lawn and garden equipment. TC-WlI 2-Cycle Engine Oil meets and exceeds Motorcycle API TC and Husqvarnn Chain Saw requirements.

Bio-Chain & Cable™ Lubricants (SAE 10W20, 10W30, 15W50, 20W60)

Bio-Chain & Cable™ Lubricants are ultimately biodegradable vegetable oils formulated with Antiwear/EP, rust/corrosion and oxidation inhibitors, and a tackifier. Bio-Chain & Cable™ Lubricants are designed to provide multi-metal corrosion protection and recommended for heavy chains, sprockets, and cables, which are subject to heavy loading or shock loading. These biobased products provide improved fire resistance over equal viscosity petroleum products and contain no chlorine, zinc, or heavy metals. Performance is enhanced by use of the Stabilized HOBS's natural vegetable oil composition, which provides an oily boundary film. In addition, this oily film has a natural polarity to metal surfaces and helps clean and then penetrates deep into the inner core of the cable or chain link, preventing corrosion and wear. The super high viscosity index of the Stabilized HOBS adds additional lubrication qualities to this high performance lubricant. Laboratory and field tests have shown that the products provide exceptional equipment protection with excellent cold temperature pumpability.

BioBased products are ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE lubricants that are formulated from renewable agricultural plant resources. BioBased products have exceptional benefits over petroleum-based lubricants because there is no direct danger of polluting the air, water, soil, or work environment through the loss of the lubricant. Other advantages include: biobased, biodegradable, renewable, low toxicity, no hazardous volatile organic compounds (VOC), more fire resistant, safer, EPA and ISO 14000 compliant and high OSHA and worker acceptance.
