Bio-Gear, Air Tool & Drip OilsBio-E.P. Gear Oils (ISO 46, 68, 100, 150, 220, 320, 460)Bio-E.P. Gear Oils are designed to meet and exceeds the U.S. Steel 224, AGMA 9005/250.04, DIN 51517, Part 3, David Brown DB S1.53.101, and Cincinnati
Machine E.P. performance requirements. Bio-E.P. Gear Oils are recommended for lubricating spur, helical, bevel, and worm gear configurations which are
subject to heavy loading or shock loading and are designed for heavy-duty applications. The formulas have combined energy conserving Stabilized HOBS technology
with synthetic base stocks and mild E.P./antiwear additives. The result is an ultimately biodegradable product which has the long life heat stability but which
additionally offers the protection advantages of increased gear life through extremely high film strength during operating temperatures. Bio-Gearhead Oils (SAE 10W30, SAE 15W40)A Gearhead is the laymen's language for the right angle gear drive commonly used to reduce the speed of an irrigation engine to drive water well turbine pumps.
These gear sets do not require Hypoid level of EP and because of this, the lubricant most commonly specified by makers of these gear reducers is an R & O or GL-3
type circulating oil in SAE 30 or higher viscosity. This formula has combined Stabilized technology with HOBS and mild EP/antiwear additives. The result is an
ultimately biodegradable product which has the long life heat stability but which additionally offers the protection advantages of the mild EP and antiwear of an
API "GL-3" type gear lube. Bio-E.P. Gear Oil GL-4 (SAE 80W90)Bio-E.P. Gear Oil 80W90 is designed to meet the GL-4 requirements of spiral bevel transmission and moderate service hypoid gears. This formula has combined
Stabilized HOBS technology with synthetic base stocks and mild EP/antiwear additives. The result is an ultimately biodegradable product which has the long life
heat stability but which additionally offers the protection advantages of increased gear life through extremely high film strength and excellent low temperature
performance. Bio-E.P. Press Oils (ISO 46, 68, 100, 150, 220)Bio-E.P. Press Oils are designed to meet and exceeds the demanding gear and bearing requirements in printing press systems. These biobased lubricants are
formulated with a unique additive system that provides a tackifier for anti-leak and/or non-drip performance. In addition, the lubricants contain no chlorine,
active sulfur, or heavy metals such as zinc which is important in press applications. Bio-E.P. Press Oils are recommended for lubricating spur, helical,
bevel, and worm gear configurations which are subject to heavy loading or shock loading and are designed for heavy-duty applications. The formulas have combined
energy conserving Stabilized HOBS technology with synthetic base stocks and mild B.P./antiwear additives. The result is an ultimately biodegradable product which
has the long life heat stability but which additionally offers the protection advantages of increased gear life through extremely high film strength during
operating temperatures. Bio-Air Compressor Fluid (AC-30)Bio-AC-30 Fluid is an ultimately biodegradable biobased/synthetic formula that replaces hydrocarbon oil based compressor fluids. The super high viscosity index
of the HOBS is combined with a biobased synthetic ester that improves the thermal shear stability of the formula and increases load capacity. The HOBS's extremely
low volatility increases the flash and fire safety features in the formula. Bio-AC-30 biobased fluid should be used where low temperature properties, improved
oxidation stability, excellent anti-wear performance, low toxicity, and BIODEGRADABILITY properties are required. Bio-Air Tool Lubricants (ISO 22, 32)Bio-Air Tool Lubricants are specially formulated, ultimately biodegradable air tool lubricants designed to replace petroleum based air tool oils. Because of the super high viscosity index of the HOBS, these biobased products perform in many applications. In addition, these products emulsify water for improved lubricity in moist conditions and provide anti-misting. The natural oily film of these products have shown in laboratory and field tests to out perform petroleum base oils in terms of natural lubricity. These air tool oils provide excellent lubrication for both rotary and reciprocating types of air tools, such as chipping hammers, impact wrenches, air motors,
grinders, reamers, drills, etc. They can be fed through an airline lubricator or by a squirt can directly into the tool through the quick coupling air connection.
These products have exceptional benefits over petroleum oils in these applications because there is direct danger of polluting the air, water, soil, or work
environment through loss of the lubricant. Bio-Drip Oils (SAE 10W20, SAE 10W30)Bio-Drip Oils are fully formulated ultimately biodegradable vegetable based high performance turbine oils. Bio-Drip Oils are recommended for use in drip lubrication systems for Water Well line shaft bearings, irrigation systems, etc. Performance is enhanced by use of the Stabilized HOBS's natural composition, which provides an oily boundary film. The super high viscosity index of the Stabilized HOBS adds additional lubrication qualities to this high performance lubricant. These products should always be used whenever there is a danger of soil or water pollution. The best applications for these products are in the agricultural,
construction, forestry, mining aiid marine industries. BioBased products are ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE lubricants that are formulated from renewable agricultural plant resources. BioBased products have exceptional benefits over petroleum-based lubricants because there is no direct danger of polluting the air, water, soil, or work environment through the loss of the lubricant. Other advantages include: biobased, biodegradable, renewable, low toxicity, no hazardous volatile organic compounds (VOC), more fire resistant, safer, EPA and ISO 14000 compliant and high OSHA and worker acceptance. |
