Bio-Synthetic SP Motor Oil

This biobased lubricant is formulated to exceed the Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM) requirements for new vehicles, but vehicles with higher mileage and equipment with high hours need a different lubricant that improves performance in these out of warranty machines. As the engine wears the lubrication film needs to be improved and the additive technology should also be increased to prevent wear and condition the seals for longer life. Unlike conventional motor oils, this biobased formula has special additives and additional booster additives that help improve engine life.

Bio-Synthetic HD Motor Oil

Bio-Super High Performance™ Transmission Fluids

This formula has combined Stabilized technology with Biobased stocks and EP/Antiwear additives. The result is an Extreme Pressure product with long life heat stability, which offers the protection advantages of increased gear life through extremely high film strength and excellent low temperature performance.

Incorporating the super high viscosity index of the Stabilized High Oleic Base Stocks (HOBS) into the formula gives multi-grade synthetic base oil performance by boosting the viscosity index above synthetic levels, without the higher synthetic cost. The super high viscosity index of the HOBS naturally improves the thermal shear stability and increases load capacity. The HOBS's extremely low volatility increases the flash and fire safety features and reduces the foam tendency in the formula.

Bio-Synthetic™ GL-5 Gear Lubricant (SAE 80W90)

Bio-Synthetic™ 80W90 GL-5 is designed to meet the SAE J306 requirements for manual transmissions, differentials, and heavy equipment transfer cases. Increasing the GL-5 additive technology provides additional performance and Extreme Pressure (EP) protection for spiral bevel and hypoid gears. This biobased formula has combined Stabilized HOBS technology with synthetic base stocks to provide a super high viscosity index (VI) with fuel savings performance. The result is an inherently biodegradable product which has the long life heat stability but which additionally offers the protection advantages of increased gear life through extremely high film strength and excellent low temperature performance. This product may be used for top-off of differentials and is compatible with hydrocarbon and synthetic PAO based gear oils.

This product may be used for top-off of differentials and is compatible with hydrocarbon and synthetic PAO based gear oils.

Bio-Synthetic™ ATF (Automatic Transmission Fluid)

Bio-Synthetic™ ATF is an automatic transmission fluid that incorporates Stabilized additive technology with biodegradable biobased and synthetic base stocks. This formulation contains a special universal ATF additive system for automatic transmissions, power shift transmissions, and hydraulic systems where a multi-grade viscosity is recommended. Bio-Synthetic™ ATF is formulated with additional anti-wear and friction reducing properties to provide for smoother shift action and reduced transmission shudder.

Bio-Synthetic™ ATF is a high performance, multifunctional transmission fluid for today's passenger cars, trucks, construction and mining equipment, farm machinery, and other mobile and industrial hydraulic systems. Incorporating tile super high viscosity index HOBS into the formulation provides an improved fluid film over conventional ATF formulas and reduces wear in higher temperatures and/or heavier loaded equipment. In addition, the product is suitable for use in air compressors and other types of services where an ATF is recommended. This technology is recommended to meet the requirements of Allison C-4, Voith, ZF, Caterpillar TO-2, Sperry Vickers, Denison, and Sundstrand hydraulic pump systems.
